North Shore Road AssociationThe North
Shore Road Assoc. contacted me in February of this year wanting
a web site to tell their side of the North Shore Road
controversy. Since I needed a capstone nonprofit project for my
portfolio and this is a subject dear to my heart and one that I
researched while attending SCC in 1997-98 a partnership was
formed. The only cost to them were the domain name and hosting
fee. The members of the NSRA furnished many pictures and most of
the documents and information for this site. I used FrontPage to
create this web site and MS PhotoDraw for graphics and Dwayne
Parton designed the logo in Adobe. The download size for the
home page is 7K. |

Longbranch EstatesLongbranch Estates
wanted a new look and feel to their Internet site which was
originally designed with lots of text and very few pictures. I
redesigned the site to have bulleted lists and lots of pictures
making the information easier to obtain by the audience. I
worked closely with the owners encouraging them to take pictures
that would complement their development and together we achieved
the look and feel we wanted the audience to experience giving LBE the advantage they needed to sell their land.
I used FrontPage to create this web site and MS PhotoDraw for
graphics design.11K is the download size of their home page. |

Western NC AttractionsOriginally, this
began as my class project while I was obtaining my CIS degree at
SCC in 1997 . I purchased this domain name in 2000, but
originally it was published under my company website
echovalleycreations.com. I have changed the look of this site
several times and it reflects more of my personal views. I used
FrontPage to create this web site and MS PhotoDraw for the
graphics and button design. The download size for the home page
is 9K. |

NC Smoky MountainsThis site is a
sister site to westernncattractions.com. I had new ideas I
wanted to play around with, plus I wanted to offer a more
affordable advertising option for people who did not have or
want a web site. This site offers a more professional atmosphere
and includes up-to-date weather forecasts. I used FrontPage to
create this web site and MS PhotoDraw for graphic manipulation.
